Robot Enclosure with Noise Control Made in Our Own Works
A robot enclosure with noise control encapsulates your automation cell exactly where welding, grinding or handling drive the level up. sta Group plans, produces and installs this encapsulation entirely itself. There is no external supplier between survey and assembly.
It starts with a 3D scan of your hall. From this comes a survey accurate to the millimetre, on the basis of which we design the cell in 3D CAD.
This way the enclosure fits exactly to the robot, periphery and material flow, without colliding with grippers or feeders. Doors, hatches and acoustic windows sit where your maintenance needs them.
Production runs on our own systems, with elements up to 6 metres in length. Matching machine enclosures for adjacent units are added in the same wall system, and if required also as a closed robot soundproof booth. You receive a continuous robot enclosure from a single source instead of parts pieced together. One fixed contact accompanies you from the first measurement to acceptance.
Soundproof Robot Cell for Welding and Handling
Not every robot application is equally loud. Spot welding strikes with short impulses, grinding and deburring cells generate constant noise, while handling robots tend to disturb through drives and grippers. A soundproof robot cell tackles exactly this mix.
The wall structure decides the effect. Multi-shell panels insulate the airborne sound, while decoupled frames take the structure-borne sound out of the floor. Inside, absorbing surfaces prevent the sound from building up. This clearly lowers the level at neighbouring stations without slowing the cycle.
In metalworking too, this separation of source and surroundings pays off. A sound-insulating robot cell keeps noise, sparks and grinding dust where they occur. Your people work right next to it without constant exposure.
If the layout changes, the encapsulation can be designed in modules. A modular robot enclosure grows with you when you add or relocate stations. Planned once, the system stays expandable for years.

When a robot line runs in three-shift operation, every single level peak adds up over the hours to a real burden for the people beside it. When the noise at the line drops, your operators understand each other again without shouting. Concentration rises.

From 85 dB(A) the LärmVibrationsArbSchV requires effective measures at the source. Good noise control for a robot cell therefore begins at the robot itself, not at the individual ear. In this way you reduce the risk of noise-induced hearing loss where it actually arises. Such robot noise control works preventively rather than merely treating symptoms.

Welding Robot Enclosure Shields Flying Sparks Effectively
A welding robot burdens its surroundings in several ways at once. Not only acoustically, but additionally through flying sparks, rising welding fumes and glaring arc light that dazzles neighbouring workstations. A welding robot enclosure bundles this protection instead of combining four separate measures. The overview shows what such an encapsulation intercepts.
